Start your day with a positive sip!

I've gotten into the habit of starting my day with a good cup of coffee, a relaxing chant and a quick mile run.
As someone who suffers from depression I am always looking for more ways to keep my mind in a positive state.
This is why when I came across this adorable mug ($5 on sale) at Cotton On yesterday I had to have it!
